Therapeutic Expression of Ancient Brush Dynamics

By Ari Tomita

The ancient brush therapy’s first step is the have the participants generate their own vital Energy force.

The second step is for participants to make a total commitment to themselves.

The third step is the participants should be aware their body is relaxed while their mind is focused and at the same time, mind is empty.

In order to get benefit from this ancient brush therapy, these steps are very important factors.

The primary medium is the long-haired brush, black Oriental ink, and paper. These brushes are quite different from oil, acrylic, and watercolor brushes. They are often behaving like young colts that need to be tamed.

When you are ready and once the course of action or movement begins, at the moment the ink strikes through your brush on the paper, it becomes entering the whole universe. Which means the positive and negative principles or energies start to harmonize with your movement. There is no hesitation, no going back, no second chance, and also every moment of action or movement will observed by focused and empty mind.

The participants repeat these exercises with basic brush strokes and will start to get a strong connection between body and mind. Participants should also experience the connection between own psyche and universal psyche.
